I made this card for my brother in-law and his wife who is living in United Kingdom as both of their birthdays fall within a few days of each other. I remembered the birthdays of hubby's two other siblings who fall within the month of August but for the life of me, can't remember why I forgot this brother's birthday!
I decided to use PTI's Tiny Treats : Birthday stamp set. I'm really loving it! The images are all too cute with its coordinating sentiments! I did not colour in the cute tortoise but decided to put some stickles in the colour Patina on it. Just to add a little something something. :)I embossed the kraft layer with a Cuttlebug embossing folder and the ribbons and buttons were from my stash. The base cardstock is from PTI and I believed it is called Spring Moss.
The card is pretty simple but I like the overall effect of how it turned out. :)
